Executive Manager

As an Executive Manager at Quartet Architects, you will oversee key activities including project initiation, Drafting technical drawings, site inspections, client follow-ups, and payment collection. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth operations and ecient coordination across projects

Location: Surat
Time: 9:00 AM. to 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct follow-ups on inquiries from potential clients through calls, emails, or site visits.
  • Manage and execute payment collection processes from clients, ensuring timely receipts.
  • Draft Detailed technical drawings as per the designs.
  • Supervise site inspections to ensure alignment with architectural plans, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams during project initiation to gather accurate project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, task schedules, and progress reports for all stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documents such as agreements, technical drawings, and schedules are complete and well-organized.
  • Identify and resolve potential project challenges related to resources, materials, or compliance in collaboration with project teams.
  • Regularly review work on-site to ensure adherence to agreed-upon standards and specications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Document project progress, record meeting notes, and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and rene processes for smoother operations, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
  • Stay updated with best practices in construction, project management, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role, with a focus on client management, site inspections, and payment collection.
  • Strong understanding of construction standards, materials, and quality control measures.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prociency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Oce Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document processes and interact with stakeholders effectively.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed architect in Gujarat/India.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in an architectural firm, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of project types and scales.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong design sensibility, with a keen eye for detail, form, and aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices..
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including project management, team coordination, and client relationship management.
  • LEED accreditation or other relevant certifications is a plus.

As a 3D Visualization Artist at Quartet Architects, you will be responsible for transforming design concepts into photorealistic 3D renderings and animations. Collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders, you will create compelling visualizations that communicate design intent and enhance project presentations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Computer Graphics, or related field.
  • Proven min. 3 years of experience as a 3D Visualization Artist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating photorealistic renderings and animations.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and composition principles.
  • Strong artistic and aesthetic sensibility with an eye for detail and realism.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with architectural and interior design terminology and concepts.
  • Experience with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies is a plus.
